It was refreshing to see Brooks do whatever he wanted to do offensively. He was blazing fast. Almost looked unguarded!!!

I'm just glad Head was a DNP-CD tonight. Good decision Adelman.

    Aaron, keep it up. :)

Missed everything but the last five minutes of the game. I loved Brooks speed and penetration to the paint but wasn't much into forcing up shots. He had a few drive and easy dishes that he passed up on. It's good to see him on the court but I have to admit I miss my boy Luther Head.

Looks like Brooks is our 1. If he plays like that on a nightly basis....wow.

Early last August, the Rockets traded him to the Clippers for future draft considerations.

In his Clipper debut Wednesday night, he played for 14 minutes, and scored 6 points on 2-6 shooting, with 5 of his shots from beyond the arc. He also grabbed 2 rebounds.

Here's a link to the thread of mine concerning his preseason with the Clippers.

    too many head haters here

1- he might be the best shooter on the team

2- he plays out there without many of the other weapons

3- when he is in with yao he is more then efficient

4- he should not be running point, should have barry, brooks, rafer, or even tmac run point

    5. U can switch him to pg on defense, hes not as bad as u make him out to be

    6. he will attack the basket but still needs to learn to draw contact instead of run away from it (same as rafer)

    7. WHen he started last year with tmacs injury he put up pretty good numbers as a 2 guard, which should be where he comes in at back up

    8. Head, not rafer hit the biggest shot of that game

    9. Head is supposed to come in and shoot, thats it. An outside presence when u are trying to dump it downlow. Head should be in lineup with yao/artest. People that require double teams down low. That is when he is the biggest aspect to this team. We should take tmac out early, put head in for 1/2 of 1st quarter. Then bring tmac back in for whole second quarter when yao/artest needs a break. This brings tmacs minutes down to 36 or less. Also gives u your best play maker in the lineup when yao/ artest take a break. Tmac can make hayes get layups. Should be brooks, tmac, barry (battier), landry, hayes starting 2nd quarter if everything plays right. That lineup can score and then u can bring arrest/yao back in after.
