DD
To be fair, it's going to be pretty easy to compile something like this for every politicians out there. My biggest problem with the video is that it did not state clearly what was said when, which would help a lot putting the things being said into perspective. One example was the wall street journal quote which had a date of 2005, which McCain did not remember in 2008. Can anyone on earth remember everything he said 3 years ago? Also the question about if we are better off than 8 years ago. Maybe I didn't watch carefully enough, but if the question was asked last year around this time, when Dow was hitting all time high, it would be a pretty natural answer to say yes. Even early this year, that answer would still be understandable. Unfortunately the video just piled these stuff up like he said this one day and the other way the next day. After that, some of the stuff he said were just not well informed, and you shouldn't expect someone to be well informed on every issue himself. His aides probably deserves more blame on those. And of course there are the typical flip-flopping of politicians, he was for it before he was against it. That would damage his "straight talk express" reputation, but it basically just made him an average politician, plenty of which has been voted into the office. Anyway, I am no McCain fan boy, and I sincerely hope Obama will win this election and bring much needed hope and change to this country.
