I am a big Case fan, but he doesn't have the arm to be NFL qb. His arm is better than last year but he doesnt throw deep and when he does its often underthrown.
I hope we take a DB that come in and start their first year. Every time the opposition has 3rd and long, I'm wondering which CB is about to get burned. And which safety isn't going to be there to help after the CB gets beat.
Yeah, Vontae Davis (Vernon's younger brother) or Michael Jenkins would be a great fit. Hope they're still available when we draft.
A couple of things CK has in his favor is pocket presence and escapability. He may not have a rocket of an arm, but he has that QB sense to know when to make a play, get rid of the ball or run. It seems like the guy has eyes behind his head. I can't see the Texans drafting him but I can a team like Dallas who needs backup QB to groom for the future.
We finally have had an end to the "Texans should have drafted VY" threads now that he has proven to not be a good NFL QB. I guess we'll have to wait for Colt to do the same now. Colt is a GREAT college QB. No doubt. I doubt he will be a big success on the next level.
