You know this because you are a prophet? No one knows how a candidate will do once they are in office. After eight year of Bush junior, shouldn't you hold off on judgement until the next president had a chance to implement his policies?

 

That's interesting since I had two rather long discussion with some friends over the weekend. Living here in the liberal central of Massachusetts, most of them are pretty much nuts about Obama. All I am saying is there are quite a few people are expecting a world of transformation from Obama, which is almost impossible for any president. He would be very very lucky to get even close to the Clinton years, but to a lot of his voters, that's almost a given.

If that doesn't happen, letdown is what you get. And we are not even talking about what specific groups are expecting from an Obama presidency.

 

I sure don't have that kind of expectation. All I wanted is to stop the war. The economy will take care of itself.
