The only person/entity that can give a definitive answer on when life actually begins is God. If you can't understand that, you're hopeless.

A lot of increase school costs (and theoretically reduced services in places) has been because of increased federal regulation of schools. It might be possible to, say repeal No Child Left Behind, and let schools bring back PE if they wish.

Obama pulled the rug out from under him, again, by disproving his false claims. McCain can beat the abortion drum all he wants, its too late...
In general, I think that's been the pattern over the 3 debates. McCain has been able to come out strong but Obama has been the one to keep up a sustained attack over the full 90 minutes.
