She should have expected such a reception, and should not have brought her daughters alone.

It was mixed, but I think the booing wasn't really aimed at her. The Philadelphia fans hate the Flyers owner and think he ties his team too closely to his politics.

Pretty bad move to accept by the campaign. It's Philly Fan, they boo everybody. They'd boo a crippled kid for not getting a ceremonial first pitch accross the plate.

Reminds me of that opening pitch by President Bush at a Yankees game.

Boos are more noticable than cheers in general. Cheers have a habit of being filtered in the background.

    That is embarrassing.

If you are going to pull off a stunt like that, at least make sure to do it in a state that fully supports you. Pennsylvania was not a good choice. This is like a free ad material for Obama campaign.

^^^ "Mom! You are embarrassing the heck out of me!"

LOL! Must have been how those girls felt when they walked with a mom who was getting mercilessly booed.

Shocking he didn't go "Katie Couric" on her ass while he had the chance.

Wow, chalk up some more executive experience for Sarah Palin -- team mom for her son's hockey club.

Yes, for those who don't want to watch she drops executive in there to describe her 'team mom' experience.
