Same here in the Mini-D area. Unless it's on TNT, ESPN, or ABC we get no Rockets game. Neat part is we got every Astro game in HD. I tried to order the Season Package yesterday and they said it is not for sale yet.
Utah and Lakers will be televised on NBA TV, and other Chinese TV channels, regarding to the Rockets, they say check back later when it's tipped off time. I believe they will televise by then.
I am so excited the Rockets are finally playing again. I couldn't tak any more Astros and Texans-only discussions on television. I also love to see how the new players mesh in with the existing ones. It'll be fun.

Its been a long wait. After a decent seaso by the Stros and a dissapointing one so far by the Texans, I'm amped for my fav sports franchise to get this thing started. Go Rox! And so it begins.....
Im going to TC tonight to check out the squad in person. A bit bummed about not seeing T-Mac, but maybe the extra rest will work for him in the long run. Maybe Yao should sit out too Anyways, very excited to see Artest take the floor as a Rocket for the first time. Artest + Battier = Lockdown! p.s. Comcast has the game playing on FSSW and then repeating at midnight. However, I guess FoxHDSW isnt kicking in yet?!? btw, Lakers and Jazz on NBA TV tonight as well.
Ok, now i'm starting to feel the excitement. It is only preseason, we still have to wait a few weeks till the season starts, though. But I am excited, just to see those new faces, of course Yao as well. Too bad McGrady won't play but maybe it is not as bad idea, let him be ready by the start of the season, 100% ready. depressing my outlook just reminded me that the preseason game is "due" argh and here i am not be able to watch it. I pray there is some sort of sopcast/p2p viewing broadcast available for the game tonight. otherwise the only preseason game on tonight here is lakers vs jazz i mean how terrible is that for me to watch?
For me HD Alt 444 shows up in the HD program guide. Channel ALT 444 has both an SD version and a HD version. You are correct 9514 also has the game on tonite. I know it's alittle confusing!!
