    I'd say it would be a toss up between the Lakers and Hornets having the highest chance, then the Rockets. They wouldn't do the Celtics two years in a row.

    We have no chance. The Rockets didn't even make a picture of our Big 3. On media day they made pictures of Yao+Tmac+Shane or Yao+Tmac+Luis but there is no one of Yao+Tmac+Artest.

    I have the feeling they are trying to prevent hype or something like that.

    i would be shocked if it was anyone other than kobe, pau and bynum on the cover (if they have all 3) but my money is that it will be the lakers

    The "jinx" worked well for Boston last year. I believe SI will be releasing regional covers.

    Sports Illustrated’s annual NBA preview will hit newsstands Wednesday and the Orlando Magic’s Dwight Howard is one one of six regional covers.

    Other cover boys include Lakers’ star and reigning MVP Kobe Bryant, Boston’s Kevin Garnett, Philadelphia’s Elton Brand, the new-look Oklahoma City Thunder’s Kevin Durant and Cleveland’s LeBron James.
