    Do patterns of character found in your politicians' acquaintances matter to you?

    I know we cannot hold people accountable for things that happened when they were 8 or not even in the political arena yet... but what ever happened to patterns we see in the character of our leaders' associates?


    Is it not concerning to anyone?

    McCain should've known better than to tie himself to Bush, Keating, Liddy, etc.

    Congress found McCain was guilty of NO wrong doing concerning Keating.

    If McCain voting "with Bush 90%" of the time is/was bad, what about Obama voting 96% with the far left?





    I asked a real question. I'd like real responses.

    Tell me why people can brush over actual events with so much as a "don't care, I wasn't there" attitude?

    I'm really interested in a real response.

    I think it has varying degrees of severity..

    1) direct advisor/staff
    2) lobbyist or promoter
    3) business dealings (depends if they're private, etc)
    4) campaign contributor/organizer
    5) shared associations/memberships
    6) family

    it all depends on the context, really.. case by case

    OJ was found not guilty of murder. Clinton found not guilty by the Senate as well.

    Your point again? Even McCain acknowledged that he was wrong, at least you can.

    Are you concerned that Palin was recording messages saying "keep up the good work" to an Alaskan Independence Party that her husband belonged to?

    The founder of the party is quoted as saying...

    "The fires of hell are frozen glaciers compared to my hatred for the American government, And I won't be buried under their damn flag,"

    He also talked about renouncing allegiance to the U.S.

    "Keep up the good work" indeed.

    Of course she also hangs out with the Witch Hunter clergyman.

    McCain has a long time relationship with convicted felon G. Gordon Liddy. He also was found to be the closest member of congress with Keating during the whole Keating 5 fiasco.

    Does it matter to you? Do you find lack of judgment in this?

    How do you account for not caring about these 5-6 issues surrounding Obama?


    Quit looking backwards... face these issues that are possibly about to be tied to the Oval Office.


    I'd like some real hard facts and personal wording on these issues. I'm tired of no answer.

    I really want to know why no one seems to care about real events, and current relationships with bad characters.

    Show me a case by case comparison. Since we all know so much about Dubya, it should be readily at your fingertips.


    Meaning an unknown is knocking on the door to the country's future, and I'd like him to be held under the same light.

    Because the relationships are tenuous at best and Obama will not be bringing these guys to the White House. Meanwhile, your VP nominee's husband was a member of a party that wants Alaska to secede from the Union. The same group that Palin urged to "keep up the good work".

    But silence from you on that.

    Do you feel that the entire staff/students at University of Illinois-Chicago should be judged on their association with Ayers?

    Yet, for all practical purposes, since you are not top level CIA or Military, the "lies" may have been moved to Syria or even Iran.

    How do you know? How do any of us know?


    Again, list the real character patterns in Dubya's political circles that compare to Obama's.


    You can't.

    And now, because someone didn't get there way in two elections, they choose to do absolutely no investigation whatsoever?


    That doesn't sit well with me.

    I'd like some real answers. Prove the allegations are false... or disprove they're true... whichever floats your boat.


    At least the swiftboaters had an opposition that offered facts and claims... Obama's repsonse on these issues has been mum, and basically just because they get "four and five attacks a day" it "doesn't change the facts."

    Okay then, all hiding aside then... show us the facts?


    In all due respect, this isn't O.J. or some fancy "impeachment" loophole based not on perjury vs. opinion or definition of "is" - This is now.. this is right now.

    Someone give us a clear explanation... we don't have Dan Rather around to cook some documents for us this time.
