Sylar keeps me interested...I like how he's developing and how he could possible be good and evil at the same time... The show was random but I don't know if I like the Nikki being defacto reincarnated or having a "twin"...seems ghey... NOt sure about the parkman stuff but hopefully that'll be cleared up soon...The blonde chick who's fast is kinda cute so I like that...I need to see some more sideboob of maya...mmm..
I thought about that too. There seem to be a lot of annoying plot holes in this series. I'm ignoring most and sticking with it for now, but I honestly don't know how long I can do it if it continues.
maybe she didn't die of burns, maybe she died of smoke inhalation (but yeah I thought she should have been.. nastier, also.) I loved the Sylar moments as well as the Ando, Hiro, Daphne moments. Great stuff. HRG was as usual his very morally gray self and I still can't stand Claire's mother (or Claire for that matter) - though Lyle seems to have grown about three years older in the last 9 months! What did you all think of the Matt Parkman future teller in Africa? Cool? Cheesy? Creepy? I personally thought it was odd. Why would the guy be so attuned to everything in Parkman's life? I thought this episode was very well written and composed. Plus.. bonus! No Maya or Mohinder!!!
Ando could speak English. Originally Hiro could not. He can speak English now from when he spent the "extra" months with Charlie in Texas that you didn't get to see.

She was in Friday Night Lights last season for about 5 episodes. She played a total nerd and quite small...she's filled out since then Maya is frikkin hot, but I really don't want her to talk. She whines too much. I hate the Nikki story. I personally think Ally Larder's character(s) suck. Hiro is becoming real annoying. Sylar is getting interesting with Peter and his mother.
There is almost nothing an American audience likes better than a redemption story - ie, if Sylar somehow develops into a.. well, perhaps not a 'good guy' as such, but at least someone with a conscience. In this episode, Mama Petrelli alludes to Sylar's condition: 'What is she going to do to me?' '*Feed* you..'. And then at the bank, Sylar mentions that he really is nothing but a killer, the implication becomes that 'he can't help himself' and 'the hunger' .. making Sylar into a character more along the lines of a drug addict rather than pure evil. Plus, he somehow refrains from killing the bad guy there, which also foreshadows some hope for him. Most likely he will be the 'tortured troubled soul, trying to be good, but always at the risk of a relapse'.. analogous again to drug addiction, or maybe a better analogy would be the many modern vampire stories out there. If nothing else, it should be interesting to see how his character comes along.
