So, I'm watching ESPN - I rarely get to see Rockets games live in Austin, and this is no different, and they show Rockets highlights from the first quarter, and what do my eyes see : Jason Collier in a headband. . . .

    Jason Collier!

    In a Headband!

Its comedy perfection, there are no words to describe it, I was filled with this giddy warm feeling from top to bottom. I can't comprehend ANYTHING could be funnier than that.

I felt like gouging my eyes out, so I wouldn't pollute my mind with anything less than that perfect comedic image.

Bill Walton is so much funnier as the Clippers announcer than he is on the national broadcasts. At one point Jason Collier gets a good rebound and Walton says something along the lines of, "Jason Collier is unstoppable right now." Funny stuff.

It looks like most of the team is wearing them.

Collier looks scarier and more intimidating.

Bill Walton also deadpanned something else that was quite funny, a comparison with Collier and Cato on the front line to Olajuwon and Thorpe of the '94 championship team. Collier did something lame and Walton commented with the extent of:

"Wow. This Collier brings back memories of Dream. In fact the only way I can tell them apart is that Collier is left-handed."

His announcing partner had no clue, but it was very funny stuff. Walton made him look like a dumbass at least several times by asking him all these random questions, like "Do you know what unique quality the Vanderbilt arena has that no other NCAA arena has?" Walton is an annoying but funny guy :D

Don't look now, but the Kings announcers just called Collier "Steve" Collier.

That's okay, guys, it's only what you are paid to do.

OMG! With that headhand........ He looks more like one of those fat guys in those aerobic programs trying to lose weight than as a basketball player.
