    And that really sucks about Battier. At least its just the preseason.

    And Battier deserves this "rest." He's been our best perimeter defender, so he really needs it.

    that sucks but at least its now it looks like he will miss all of camp and pre-season of course. it looks like he will be ready to play (how "basketball" ready he will be is different) by the start of the season.

    too bad we dont have another wing defender like him on the team...oh wait we do!

    4 weeks? Not that terrible. At Least we know that Artest will start now. Good luck to Battier though, he is our best defender, hope he rests well.

    Artest was going to start no matter what. He is a better talent overall and we should always have the best 5 to start the game.
