If Kubiak wasn't on the hot seat before, he should be now. And the person in the booth who tells Kubes when and when not to challenge should either be fired or relieved of that responsibility immediately.

Challening the inteception in the first quarter was completely unecessary and dumb, especially considering that he should have challenged the long bomb that was out of bounds before the 1st half. This whole team is crap right now. Kubiak's playcalling was downright baffling at times. Schaub is just horrible. The D-Line can't even lay a finger on Collins. And the secondary is just about as bad as it can get.
