What a shock the Rockets didnt get the call because thry always do, yea right the Rockets will never get calls whether it is a playoff game and preseason game or a charity game. I REPEAT THE ROCKETS WILL NEVER GETS CALLS!!!!!!! Now back to todays game. If the Refs make the blantant obvious foul on Carter than Mobley more than likely makes the free throw and the Rocks go up by 1. This makes thing different because then the Raptors plans change and Carter cant stand there milking the clock like he did. ------------------

True Carter does get calls, but all superstars get calls. If you played by the rules how many times would Dream have been called for traveling on the Dreamshake in the past? Superstars always get the calls, and Stevie will hopefully get alot of calls in the future as well. ------------------
4Chuckie, The way its going, Francis will get a ton of calls one day. Its just inevitable with the ticky tacky touch fouls the league calls these days. Dear clutch city people, I wrote this thread to talk about the call at the end of the game when Mobley was fouled by Carter not to start something about that a hole Jordan O.K. Now please comment on the game not your personal agenda about Jordan. Once again to freshen your memory Carter fouls Mobely with 17 seconds left. if they make the call the Rockets go up by 1 and It changes what Toronto and Carter do. They would have had to take a quicker shot and then things change. Please comment on the game not Jordan. I really could care less about Jordan . ------------------

If the Rockets are up by 1 do you think Carter stands there for 12 seconds waiting for the clock to wind down before he does something "NO" Instead he would have had to do something quick. That makes 2 games in a row that the refs gave the Rapotrs. The magic were robbed friday and Doc Rivers was fined $7.500 for speaking up about it. I spoke up about it too a few days ago but the blind, deaf and dumb ignored the facts. You want the final shot/possesion in regulation so that the opponent doesnt get another chance. Mantronix- Where are your facts pal? I never saw Dream get screwed by any calls except by Karl Maolone & Jordan (who both constantly got away with the unimaginable?) Dream was, and is, disrespected by the press mostly because he is not a great interview. IMO, he was never disrespected by the refs, other players or other coaches. If Hakeeem was as disrespected by the refs as you assume, how many games did he foul out of? A great defensive player who was disrespected would surely foul out of a ton of games and be in foul trouble in most others. It's kind of tough to best the NBA all time shot block leader when the refs whistle you for every call. Rodman is disrespected by the refs and he does get whistled for every little foul. Maybe Dream didn't get the calls of MJ or Karl, but he did fine on the court. I won't resort to your name calling because you obviously are getting frustrated getting beat up in this thread. ------------------
