Yea, my dad already called it in yesterday. The rain this morning didn't help, there is a leakage in the garage roof there this morning.
entrance to my neighborhood (behind that valdos restaurant) usually the water is at least 10 feet lower than in that pic. good news is im told house didnt flood and no major tree damage.
Unfortunately my insurance is double the deductible for tropical cyclone(hurricane) ... $1500 for structural $3000 for structural due to tropical cyclone(hurricane). Fortunately in Katy I got minimal damage. It all depends on how your individual policy is written. Mike K
