    As a photographer, the exposure of the flash can make all the difference. It looks like whoever took that picture was just a couple feet in front of her face so the flash lit up everything in its path. Throw anything you know about skin pigmentation out the window.

    Why is the authenticity of the picture even in question?

    Not really surprising with the cost of college today and I don't blame anybody if they find a way around taking out federal or private loans.
