Did anyone see that replay? Were the refs just too worn out for a third OT???

    Holy crap!!!!!!!

    WTF,

I know....it was WELL after time expired, why didn't RUDY demand that they review it?

I think they just did not care...but what a bunch of BS....

    They should still be playing.

Whatever way you look at it, great effort by the Rocks, Moochie and KT. Cat just rocks. Griffin threw up rocks though...
Certainly entertaining games in a losing season are a consolation.

Yeah, it came after the buzzer. I just look at it as Rose clearly hit the first shot ever made in triple OT to win a double OT game. I'm really upset. No, really, I am.

So are we in the 7th slot now for the draft? :)

Yup, it was late alright. Saw the game on WGN. They showed it in real slow motion, even the WGN commenators agreed that it was late. I was surprised that Rudy and the other coaches did not get hysterical over it. Looked like they just walked off the court. Spoiled a great game by Cato, Thomas, Mooch and Mobley. What a crushing loss! :(

What really pissed me off was the foul called on Walt close to the end of regulation. First, Mobley downright took the ball from Hassel and was immediately whistled for a foul. Then, the ref makes the weakest call imaginable on Walt, sending Rose to the line to take the lead. Weak **** like that should never decide a game, and thanks to Mobley it didnt. However, without that horrible call we would have won in regulation. And another thing, what the hell is walt doing guarding Rose? Cat is much quicker and should be guarding him.

I thought it was after the buzzer, too.

This game right here should tell anyone without a shadow of a doubt how important Steve Francis is to this team.

Mobley plays great and several others did too, but we still got beat.

It's almost like some weird kind of hex is placed on the Rockets when he's not playing (talking about Francis).

The play that sorta signified that the Rockets might wind up losing this game is when in the 4th with under 2 minutes left, the Bulls shot either an airball or the shot was partially blocked. Cato tried to save it but it went right to the Bulls who then hit a 3 pointer (I think that Best hit it).

The morale of the story: don't ever try saving the ball under your own basket . Cato should have just let that ball go. Even if the Bulls get it back, at least the defense can be set and the Bulls would have to work to get that good of a 3 point look.

Thing is, I was watching the game as they went to commercial at the end and the refs were walking off the floor while the Rocks were still around the scorer's table, but it didn't seem like it was reviewed because even Bill and Calvin didn't realize it was late until they came back from the break.

But, there were people there asking them about it even after the break!!!

Good effort by the Rocks but I hate to see a loss like that.

well after thinking best's shot was late then seeing on the replay that it wasn't i thought maybe my eyes were playing tricks on me cuz i thought rose was about a half second late on the shot. then the replay confirmed it and i was like wtf, they just wanted to get out of there. this reminded me so much of the portland game a few years ago that was the very last game the replacement refs ever did and sabonis hit that double OT shot well after the buzzer and they still counted it. why do the officials hate the rockets. and why wouldn't we give cat the ball at the end instead of moochie. still, we were straight up robbed.

Well If Kenny would have made his FT's, no overtime.

Are FT's that hard too make?

Actually, on the replay, they showed Rose being fouled, as he was slapped on the arm. He should've gotten to the free-throw line instead, but either way, Rockets lost the game.

Manny, I agree about Francis. Without him, when KT fouled out, Mobley was thier only option and they were all over him.

Robbed? We were handed a gift by the kindhearted officials who want us to get a good rank in the lottery.

I think the Rockets were robbed twice. The shot by Best looked late and the last shot was just terrible. Do the refs not automatically take a look at replays at the end of the game, period?

Jalen's last shot came AT LEAST a half-second after the buzzer sounded. The Rockets were royally screwed on that call!! Pathetic.

It's time to put INSTANT REPLAY into the NBA!

If the Rockets had played even a hint of defense in the fourth quarter, then it would never have come down to what was indeed, terrible officiating.

    Swept by the Bulls.

    Pathetic.
