He said he would like to improve his defense. I belive he could easily be a great defender because he is so quick and athletic and strong of course. The problem is he just doesn't like to play defense.

Truly, that is the epitome of human male physique.

Plus he's just about THE shining light of inspiration for Asian athletes anywhere.

That's Bruce Lee we're talking 'bout man!

hahaha amare was lied to and ate it up. 2% BF and your dead homie. no pro athlete goes running around under 5% bf or they will collapse or be short on energy.

Amare can say he wants to play elite-level defense all he wants...

...just like Shaq can keep saying his free throw shooting will get better. Neither will happen.

Not to be an Amare supporter - but since the 2% was shot down already, I'll comment that at least he's keeping his weight under control. Amare is the poster child currently for his type of knee problem. I predict that he's going to hurt his knees again - and the only hope he has is keeping his weight down and going Luis Scola around the basket as often as possible.

I don't think he's smart enough to do the second part of that though, so another injury is probably inevitable. I'd look to trade him if I thought I could get excellent value.

No one really knows why Bruce Lee died. Some say it was an anuerysm and if you watched the movie Dragon they blamed many people. I even heard he was poisoned and popped a vessel in his head from working out too hard. Drugs....I mean you name it ! The bottom line is that Bruce Lee was truly and will always be the greatest fighter ever !!

Nah, actually, Dwight Howard is at 4% Body Fat, and Yi Jianlian is at 3.7% Body Fat, it is possible for an athlete to still be really effective under 5% BF.
