I wonder if the Rockets organization knows that their biggest asset is putting himself at such a risk. Running in China...he might end up with black lung any day now.
yao is still pretty strong, his lower body is ridic, plus he can't gain any more weight, he's 310 last time i checked, any more will make it harder on his body and no one wants that, except everyone in the league besides the rockets cause they kno they can't compete with a healthy yao-tmac-artest-scola-battier-and stevie cause he's my boy! haha

It's a matter of perception. The media shows the worse pictures and then the uninformed folks would believe it's bad like that everywhere over there. It's just like you could only see the most devastated area of a city in the news after an earthquake so you thought the whole city was in ruin when the destruction could well be confined to a few blocks only.
WAY exaggerated by the media here!!! On a recent a business trip, I've been to Beijing, Japan, Europe, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Boston. Let me just say, the pollution in Los Angeles is even worst than Beijing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
tru... but you wouldnt expect falsome (sp?) who is half his size to have thicker arms. granted they dont have to be cut but am i the only one who thinks its odd that falsome has thicker arms...
310 is pretty stout. but his weigth isnt distributed evenly. i think if his upper body were a little stronger, then hed be able to play through all the contact when hes going up for a dunk/layup.
No its not odd at all! Falcone does weights to build he musculature , while Yao Ming does weights to get strong and build up his stamina not with the aim of building bulky muscles. That was an easy one!!
Yeah. Falsone is a professional fitness trainer. Yao is a basketball player. I'm sure the goals are not the same for both. While the weightlifting is important for Yaos strength, I think falsone (or the rockets) could care less about what he looks like. Performance is the plan for him. Not looks
