I mean here it is my 44th birthday (insert shameless self promo here) and I feel like crap. I have some sort of virus that is making me dizzy etc, it is not all that bad, but just annoying in that I just feel run down. Anyone else have something like that recently? this is a cleverly disguised I have the same birthday as Shane Battier post but to answer your question, i cant recall being terribly sick on my birthday ever, it could happen this year though a lot of people are sick and i just may get something. (knock on wood, beef up the vitamin C supplies)
44 is such a good number. I predict health by the end of the day Happy birthday. I just got over being sick, so there is something going around. Took about 5 days for mine to go away.

I've been sick a few times on my birthday. I had the flu one year. That one was not fun, but I did get aPS2 so I played games when my fever was low enough. The worst was my 21st birthday. I had an invite to visit and spend the night with this girl I had known from high school to celebrate my birthday. I had carried a major torch for this girl for a couple of years in high school, but she had a longtime boyfriend at that time. It wasn't quite specified if this visit was going anywhere physically, but I got the impression that it was. I showed up at SFA sick as a dog, and there was never any chance of anything happening. I never had another chance to make anything happen with her. I did date quite a bit in college at that time, but being able to go back to your first true crush and kindle something would have been awesome. My worst birthday ever. Happy Birthday though. Hope you can salvage something out of it today. If not, make it up this weekend!
I was suffering from something similar two weeks back. diziness and an aching in my sinusesI ended up having to head home because I was starting to get nausea pangs. it got so bad that my left eye flaired up almost like a pink-eye cold sore... but I stuck it out and still went camping like a man! I suggest you do the same...it's your b-day so manup! worst B-day experience was recovering from a hernia surgery over my bday...no bueno
No, but I've had a boyfriend get fired on my birthday, and I've had a boyfriend get arrested on my birthday. that's crappy enough for me. (HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DaDa!!!)
I've never been sick on my birthday but one time I farted on my birthday. .... and now I've farted on your birthday too!
Happy birthday DD! I have the same thing right now, the doctor couldn't find anything last week and now I have a stress test, echocardiogram and an MRI scheduled for this week.. LAME!!!
