man people at work came rushing into my office when i was watching this right now because i was laughing so hard. i keep cracking up when they say b*stard reminds me of my older cousins when i was younger and they came here to california all they did was cuss in english all the time.
the point isn't really this ethical dialogue were having about chivalry and physical retaliation and sexism and the like.... this is a controlled environment. cameras documenting everything, everyone onee stage essentially playing a character. she SHOULD not have hit him, but he had other options than to immediately slug her. if it were me i would take a certain level of physical abuse. i wouldn't say an eye for an eye applies here, it's an opponent of lesser fighting class. there has to be some sort of handicap. maybe its just me, i would probably allow one slap and then just stare her down, daring her to do it again. she probably would be arrogant enough to swing again, wherein i would beat the living **** out of that beach.

Uhhh.... not that embarassing considering that the douchebag Ravi even admitted that the girl was supposed to abuse him. And to all of you guys who think hitting the girl back is the right way to go - you are dead wrong. You should never hit a girl unless she is attacking another girl who is one of your family or friends. If a girl ever hits me, it is a great opportunity to make her look more like a fool. Just say something like "Oooo that was kinky. But usually I don't let girls beat me up until after we know each other a little better." or something to that effect. It makes everyone laugh and the girl is even more pissed, but doesn't want to hit you now because you will just make more sexual grunts and groans.
Yeah. That scenario plays out great in your head. Makes for a funny sitcom moment, but not real life. In real life will you stand there and be making witty remarks and grunting as she pounds you over and over? Please.
In real life, if you hit the girl back, you get your a$$ jumped by every other dude in the joint. Case in point, Exhibit A, which started this thread. I actually have done this before, and it worked great. Even though she might deserve it, you better not hit her back if you are around a bunch of dudes, because everyone loves to play Captain Save'a'Ho. Besides, I like it when girls hit me.
Are you trying to be super save a hoe or something? Beating women is wrong, but in this case all he did was hit her after she hit him first and to me theres nothing wrong with what he did.
Right. See the people who talking about you should never hit a woman are the same ones that never had to hit a woman. I remember when I was about 19 or 20 and I got into this arguement with this girl outside of my school, and before I knew it she hit me. I felt like I just been hit by a dude and if I wouldn't have hit her ass back she would have knocked me the hell out.
