Given Sheets shaky injury history over the past couple of years, I'd be very weary of giving him the "going" 5+ year contract. Teams should shy away, and I'd take him in a second for a 2-3 year deal, but low and behold... somebody will give him a 5 year deal and live to regret it within year 2.

I agree completely. I wouldn't want to have an injury prone guy like Sheets locked into a long term deal. With Sheets,its not a question if he he will get hurt,but when he will pull up lame. The first look at MLB replay. It just looks kind of shady with the umpires running off into the dugout. No HR .
