Check the stats, in the majority of the games that we have won, we've been able to hold the opponents under a 100 ponts. It's not our offense, which by the way is boring and predictable. It's the effort that we exhibit on the defensive end that determines our victory total. For you stat freaks who would look this up, don't bother, I've done your homework for you. Of our 23 victories, we've held the opponent under a 100 points 17 times. Are these guys tanking, lazy, or not smart (nice way to say stupid) or has Rudy/Larry lost their motivational touch to get them to play D night in/out. Steve, Cat, and Cato are our keys to success on D.
this is another reason not to tank. i'd rather have them playing D now then learning it in the offseason
Check out the final score, Seattle only scored 98 and the Rockets won with the Hotter Than Fish Grease shooting of Mobley. However, it's the D that counts. I'm still not enthused with the 3 guard lineup. Nate McMillian made a mistake by not putting, Gary, Mason, Lewis, the foriegn cat, and Tim James into the lineup, which would have required Moochie to hold Payton in the low post. We all know the outcome of that mismatch
