Nice opening quarter for Katy alum Bo Levi Mitchell. After that, not so much. Even though he should've had a 70 yard TD pass. I'd love to see both of these teams as well as UH have good years.

I hope Jones and the Mustangs are still sucking when they play Texas State next week. Rice lost to Nichols St. last year. Hoping a Southland team can beat a C-USA team once again. But yeah, I didn't expect that ass kicking by Rice.
Rice's offense is outstanding this year. Rice's defense....not so much...very much a work in progress. SMU's qb was atrocious
