I guess the Rockets aren't really trying to get new alternates. It kind of feels like they're trying to make the current ones a classic. However, they need to go...too much flash to be a classic
Wow, not fair. I want to know what dumbass is sitting in his office for the Rockets thinking to himself, "Yeah, The Rockets don't need a jersey change or maybe an alternate, or hell even a third color."
I thought someone said the Rockets proposed a black alternate but the NBA said there were too many black colors already so we had to go back to the drawing boards. Slap in the face.
I think its just bad color. The jerseys are the same color as the word "Raptors" along the baseline. The quality of the video is just bad and makes the colors looked messed up. I can't recall any black jerseys currently in the NBA. Maybe I'm mistaking.
Wow, i was always an NBA Live fan growing up until i converted to NBA 2k in 07 and NBA2k8 is the best basketball game ever but after i saw so much about NBA Live 09, i thought it was gonna come back to the top, that video and its gameplay look terrible to me, specifically the first sig shot taken, it wasn't smooth at all....oh well... NBA 2k9 FTW!
if anything that video shouldve told/showed us what the OKC jerseys are going to look like, but to no avail, why the hell are they taking so long? Media day/training camp is like in a month.
Towards the end a woman's voice asks if the Raptors are in the white or in the black. Also, holy crap, both the players are terrible.
Even though my fav color is red, I think the Rockets should change the colors to wheat and chocolate brown like some Chips Ahoy. The road jersey could be chocolate brown with wheat trimmings and the alt could be the wheat with chocolate trimmings.
NBA2K has been superior to live for a long time. 2k8 is only their best game graphically and the diversity of the gameplay amongst different characters was better on the earlier games.
NBA 2k9 comes out the same day as our first pre-season game(October 7th), i pretty much play 2k8 religously, and will be going to wal-mart to buy 2k9 at midnight. hopefully scola and landry get a little more credit this season along with artest: 86 rating???.....jason terry is an 88, explain that???
