Who you think will be cut? Will rox resign Landry and Deke? Will there be more trades? Personally, i'm hoping for another trade where rox be bring in another shot blocker and let deke retire. cut ewing jr if possible, trade head and harris, otherwise cut them too i like the idea of keeping strawberry because he will compliment the scoring guards well, just needs to develop a jumper to keep the defense honest
I don't know what we will do with Mutombo, Harris, and Strawberry, but one thing's for sure: Patrick Apeface Jr's gone
Stiil too early to makea true judgement call on this topic as I think Morey the Wizard has more in store for us- Just the same here are my thoughts... Point Guards- Alston, Barry, Brooks, Francis Guards/Small Forwards- Artest, McGrady, Landry, Battier,Harris, Strong Players- Yao, Dorsey, Scola, Hayes Borderline Mutombo and Head I expect to do better than this once the team is solidified
hopefully we do resign landry and deke and sign dorsey so deke can teach dorsey about defense and shot blocking i say we take DJ into training camp and see how he does compared to our other PG's and if he excells then sign him and drop harris and pat ewing jr

Eing is not making it. head is probaly gone for a early 2nd round pick. thats 2 gone.harris will probaly get cut. so thats three. DJ will be given a shot. i see him making the roster. he's a defensive work horse. besides him, tell me another defensive guard on our roster. he fills a void that needs to be filled. My question is, If we cut Strawberry, why don't we cut Singletary. help the Suns? I think Luther Head and another play(landry?)will be trade for a PF(wilcox?). Cut Ewing.
Send Ewing to the knicks for a large pizza! If the knicks are nice enough they'll give us crawford...
Erwing is useless. Release him. Package Head/Strawberry into a trade. Luther has decently high trade value, I would imagine that he + DJ could get a middle first rounder.
Because if we cut Strawberry before the season starts, we don't owe him any money and his salary wouldn't count against the cap (since his salary would be $0) (team option). However, Singletary was under contract so if we cut him, we'd have to still pay his salary and it would count against the cap and possibly send us into (or deeper into) Luxury Tax costing Les double.
Send Ewing to NY for a 2nd Round pick. See what D.J. can do in Camp. Sign or Trade for a backup C. Sign Landry. I wouldn't mind seeing Luther go. Pack him with Ewing for something.
