Going by the picture on the wiki, I would say that is one of the most un-appetizing peice of food I have ever seen.

Sweet. I didn't know that belonged to one of ours. I live in the neighborhood right behind there and have been meaning to come out. Will definitely do so now.
As a funny aside, did you notice the new Asian Bistro getting built right next to your bar. And on the other side of that place is an Animal Hospital. Makes you think, hmm?

There are varieties of the Po-Boy, sir.

The one they served at world-renowned HISD cafeteria cuisines had Ham+USandA_yellow_Cheese+Pickles+special_sauce goodness.

Please take this word of advice from a fellow business owner. I stopped by yesterday to take a look at the place. First, I love the way you guys have it setup in there. It looks like it would be a great hangout to watch sports or even listen to some music and have a beer. The only thing you need to do is have your waitress and girls at the bar smile a little more. Greet the customer……say hi or something. There was one girl (Hispanic) who was very nice and helpful and told us about the food specials. I want to try the Jalapeño burger for sure and I will. Nice place and I’ll be back.

Are they hot atleast? If they are hot, they don't have to greet me. But there is nothing worse than a rude ugly girl.

They were pretty. Im just saying that they should be a little more nice to 'everyone' that walks in that door. Its a brand new business.....again, I will go back for that burger and a beer. They have huge flat screens there. Its a nice little place. Bring your lowrider and we can go have a beer. ;)

How about a special for Clutchfans members? Specials always help to bring in the crowd. If things go well, word of mouth advertising becomes your new best friend. One of my favorite things that is hard to find are the places that play games on some of the tv's. Buffalo Wild Wings does it. You go get a remote/control, it asks questions and continually shows the scores. If they hadn't had that, I definitely would not have got to their place as early as I did for the games. It's those little things that really separate places, in my opinion.

friday during the texans vs cowboys and astros vs mets games, they had beer discounts.. plus shot specials for every texans touchdown and astros homerun.. they will probably have similar specials during rox games (like shot specials on a chuck hayes dunk or luther head crossing the half court line :) )

    thanks for the trivia suggestion..

those promos suck that will never happen or maybe once/twice a season!

you need to do something like for every charge battier takes :)

good luck with the business though sports bars/grills are always fun to go to and watch a game

I had the shrimp basket. The shrimp tastes better than Pappadeoux at half the price. One of my friends had the gumbo, and he said it was good. I hear the crawfish etouffee ROCKS!

btw, my waitress was hot and way friendly. Bar is stocked w/ huge tv screens. I'll be back fo sho! You should get a Clutch themed item on the menu..that will be the code word for discounts ;)
