   Several athletes have homes in the Sugar Land area. I think the majority of them may be NFL and NBA players. Maybe they like the warmer winters? I dunno.

   One of the biggest reasons are the lack of state taxes. That combined with the weather, airport and south central location to either coast make H-town a very attractive place.
