fact is he cares more about sharing ball with teammate than personal shoot attempts, so he might not get as many as points, but he's crucially important to rox

    nice.

now to bring it to rox next season. Continue being aggressive and hunger of wanting the ball.

Looks like the inability to score, have just been change to too many scorers for the rox.

I watched the first half of the game..couldnt bear the rest without commentators...but anyway, i have no idea how he scored 37. i mean what makes it most impressive is the fact that in the whole first half they were rotating the ball away from him. its not like he was getting the ball all the time. he was doing it in the flow of the offense.

    good job luis

This proves that Kirilenko sucks, which I already knew.

Wow, Yao, Scola and even Newly are looking impressive.

Yao is looking good for just coming off his injury and still not even 80% healthy.

    Scola, 37 points...enough said.

Newley is proving he is a great shooter and has some pretty solid defense, not amazing but solid.

I hope at least Scola and Yao can continue their play next year and that when Newley comes over, he can contribute some solid stuff as well

Yep I see almost all the game, and Scola played very well, with 12-16 from the field.

Also he had a block over kirilenko, (I think he did, dont remember well)

Nocioni is very good player too.

Just when I thought I heard it all. I'm hoping the guy is kidding. Look, I think its good scola played well, but anyone that watched him know his problems come against the long atheletic types. Since he's not a explosive player, he tries to finesse the hoop. Multiple head fakes inside 5ft finished by a fadeaway fanger roll is what non explosive guys try against "risers." When he can finish stronger against the guys that elevate quick, then we can get him more shots or scoring chances. Right now he's just a wide open type of guy. If he's wide open he should shoot, if its contested, he should kick out.

Very good point. I was thinking the same thing during the game. Scola just tries to make the right play. He's a smart player.

I wish I could have seen the game. Scola straight dominated. Maybe he can bring that type of scoring next year? :)

He reminds me of AC Green of the 80's Lakers.

Its nice seeing Scola knock down some jumpers consistently. He lets the game come to him rather than try to dominate by asking for the ball all the time. With Yao, Tmac and Artest getting most of the shots , he might contribute with his hustle and smart thinking, he could average double digits in scoring.

Your posts are amusing. So Kirilenko (who is one of the NBA shot blocking leaders) cannot "elevate quick"/is not a "long athletic guy"?

Thanks for the Spurs front office for giving us Scola.
