Is he a free agent? He can really fill it up, he might be a good player to have on our front line, as we DESPERATELY need front court scoring.

He's the purest form of offense in the league, but no defense. He likes to post people up and shoot over the top. Also led the Organgemen to the NCAA finals. You've got to like that...and hit a buzzer beater three in OT to keep them moving on. I think he could help out the Rockets a lot at small forward. A scorer, like they used to make 'em in the old days. We don't have any post up players. He fits.

John Wallace is a very good player. Id hesitate to call him a 3, I think he is more of a 4. Still, I think you could do better than him this year if youre looking at a SF or PF. Remember, names like Rashard Lewis and Brian Grant are around, and are very possible scenarios with our trade exception and Drew. (maybe Walt) I like John Wallace, and he would be a good player. I just think that the Rockets should set their sights a little higher since they do have the money this offseason.

Wallace can score alot but has no defense at all. Thats his problem and that is not what we need. We gotta get someone that can score and defend. ( KENYON MARTIN ) [IMG]

I agree DaDakota, Wallace would be a good fit in a Rocket uni. Like you all said, he is an offensive player. Coming off the bench with the Knicks, he is literally "instant offense". He not only can post up against smaller SF's, but he hasa good shot and is fast enough to give the PFs trouble. His defense isn't Brian Grantesque, but I don't think its as bad as you all said, especially when you put next to Matt Bullards and the Wizards. [IMG]

I am just thinking that we need to find some people who can put the biscuit in the basket.

We have too many lapses where our number one option is not working, and we have no number 2 option.

I think we could get Wallace cheap, and he would be a nice Role player for the Rockets.

I like John Wallace's offense, but we need DEFENSE!! Sure, offense is always welcome and we could use some more, but defense wins championships. I would like Brino Grant a lot better.
