Goat meat is delicious, but the problem I run into sometimes is I don't get enough meat! It's like nothing but bones with a little meat surrounding them.
Deer is my favorite meat, no doubt. Deer link sausage, breakfast sausage, ground hamburger meat, backstrap, tenderloins. It doesn't get better than that for me. Wild pig is so good, it's a close second. It can't be a huge boar, but a good little 75-100 lb pig.
