All, After liveblogging yesterday's USA-China game, I've decided to take it one step further by doing the same thing for tonight's (or shall I say tomorrow morning's) three games featuring China, the U.S. and Argentina. Considering my evening will kick-off at midnight in order to pick up the new version of Madden, I suspect this should be a fun (and potentially deadly) eleven hours or so. If you'd like to take part in the insanity, you can join me around 3:30 AM or so to talk about Yao, Luis, the Olympics and, of course, the Rockets. Hope to see at least a few of you then. I wish I could, but that's way too early in the am for me! I enjoyed reading your blog from the USA-China game (though I read it after the fact) Good luck remaining conscious!
THey got any hot cheerleaders? I can't see them on tv and I'm assuming ur there. If you're not in china... props for staying up.
Hi Jason, I think referring to Lithuania's win over Argentina as upset is just, because any knowledgeable basketball fan would tell you that they are in the top and are very capable of beating anybody. Even though Argentina is actual Olympic champion.
just a friendly reminder: for those actually up and interested, the liveblog marathon is up and running. JCF
I would comment and stuff but the TV is too far from the desktop etc...but good luck with the marathon, basketball is probably the only thing that can keep me up this long
Good luck staying up all night ... and morning! What channel is it on TV? I hope its USA, because thats the channel i DVR'd.
