I just hope this isn't my sister. She does seem to take off an awful lot. (You don't work in insurance, do you?)

I think you should talk to her pastor.

Be careful; gender is a protected class and actions you take could be construed as sexual harassment or discrimination.

bingo! i had a co-worker with similar problems. i personally think she's faking it because i saw her at a bookstore once when she was on her day off. she used up all her sick days but she still take a day or two off every month. so the management finally talked to her about it, she got all emotional and threaten to sue. so my boss backed off, and she got a big bonus that year because my boss felt bad about it.

Gee thanks, I feel so much better now....... :D She's due on 1/27.

I'm trying to get my post per day count below 8! Seriously, I just don't have time to post as often as I used to. I still try to check the site every day though.

My sister used to have this problem... she had to start taking BC pills to avoid the pain. From what I've heard it's not unusual for some women to have severe periods like that and usually it gets better after the first child.
