So, would you trade Kenny, who is close to being the 15/8 player we've always said we needed?

Who you'd trade him for? I think the following people would trade him:

achebe: for a 10th pick, the wuv fest is OVER, wave them all!

CBFC: for a player who can work in the word "palpable" in a sports interview, or hell, even just a new Chronicle Editorialist who could use it.

Crisco: for Croshere, don't make fun of Croshere

verse: for Kenny's younger brother, because younger players have more potential

DaDakota: for Tom Bombadil, because LOTR ROCKS!!

SmeggySmeg: please don't let Smeggy trade Kenny, the guy always loses in Fantasy Leagues

paso2x: Olga Kormanovskaya...show me your paso doble, baby

You know how to mak an entrance.

HP: Can you believe Fran did not writ an piece on Hakeem? Too much. The sexual transference issues were probably too paulpable during the interview.

Go KT, the Dodge Intrepid of or lineup.

Now I'll have to clean out my history before my wife finds out, great (I guess she was eventually going to ask who that Tommy was anyway).

    Great work as always crispee!

Now, get back to work, all of us. :p

Bravo! That's Olga Kormanovskaya, two Sveltlanas, and a first round pick ;).

KT has earned his money, but let's check the market. We can sign him for more than anyone - what would the other team be willing to give?

I include KT in most trades because I figure other teams want a player who delivers value - and he's proven himself. Otherwise, we'd have to deliver Steve, Cuttino, Griffin, or Torres; all the others have problem contracts/limited value. Still, I bet the undersized tag nicks his market, and he ends up staying a value player - a good reason to keep him, I suppose. I am a KT fan, and enjoy seeing him work, when the other loaf, like in the second quarter yesterday. He has an internal moral compass and work ethic, unlike say, Kelvin. He doesn't bark at the other guys with offended authority like Mario, though, which they could sometimes use. I would bet that's more personality than contract.

I can't imagine getting bit in the face. Err. I would have killed Boylen's dog. But, if it has this effect, let's get that dog to bite Cato. Lean in close for a kiss, Kelvin! Here...poochie poochie...

smeggy sighting!!! this is one palpable Polyanna moment. too bad achebe won't be back to see someone said "Polyanna." lol crisco...you're right! that does look like bilbo...but now you have me staring at it.

do you think we got Achebe in trouble? I hope so, because I'm being laughed at right now by the misses, at my whittle anime. (It's an animated gif, valio, not Flash.)

btw: who saw Kenny block Vince twice last night, Vince coming straight at him???

paso2x and Houstone responding to the bball talk...paso2x nailed it, imo. Hey, this is a bball thread after all....I'm s.e.r.i.o.u.s. Kenny's matching salary is not worth his trade value. I couldn't see trading him until he gets off his rookie scale. That's the problem with overachievers like Lewis, Kenny, and Mobley. I definitely could not see packaging two overachievers like KT and Mobes together just to match salary. 2-1 for guys like that is waaay tooo speculative for my blood.

btw: if you want to get paso2x in trouble with his partner, post more dream partners for him...like this one of Olga showing her Paso Doble:

    wow!

    maybe I should animate that.

So, why do the Fins seem to always win paso doble??? hmmmm

Actually the small forward we need should be a 16/8/6 assist guy that can shoot 3s at a 50 percent clip and play smothering defense.

The power forward we need is a 20/10 guy that can also handle the ball and dunk with flair (that part is important).

The center we need is a 10/10/4 blocks a game guy that can run the floor and finish with authority.

Unfortunately, KT doesn't fit either of these descriptions, so yes, he needs to be traded. Not to mention, he's a cancer to this team because he won't pass to Griffin and he only cares about stats.
