i dont know about you guys but i havent heard a single thing about Carl Landry since news of the Ron Artest trade broke. Thinking back to the way Landry was playing pre knee injury last year i think he's the only thing missing from taking the rockets from contender...to being the team to beat next year.. any news or word on if were getting landry back or if we still want him after the artest deal? any word on his knee?
He is waiting for his chance to get MLE money, such as Yao or Scola is injured in the Olympics, he will get paid......

is Landry is what's keeping the Rockets from contender to being champions, the Rockets are in big, big trouble. i'm sure Morey has something going on behind the scenes and we'll find out soon enough. there's a huge Landry-Lovefest going on, but honestly, I'd rather have Leon Powe.
I don't agree with that. I would rather have a healthy Landry then a healthy Leon Powe. Landry has been in the league 1 year and in his one year his stats or better than Powe's in Powe's 1st and 2nd year.
It'll be strange next season not having a Landry contract standoff going into training camp. One day we'll say remember when.
Landry could be a valuable role player off the bench. If we are depending on him to take us to the next level we are in deep doodoo.
