Yeah that's right he is the best and I have a feeling he will show it against MONKEYBOY Ewing. All you who said Hakeem should retire will be eating your words.

I certainly hope you are right, but it will be for nothing if the Rockets lose the game.

    DAMN!

Hakeem isso good he'll have one good game
this season. Against the Knicks. Oh yeAh, and
    that Magic one too!
One game dont make a season, and why would we want to win
this game anyways? Helps the Rocks not in the least.

I also think that it would be nice to win at least one more game this season, just one.

Francis will be so hyped to play in "The Mecca of Basketball" along with all the other young Rockets and Hakeem will want to perform well against Ewing.

We will win tonight... i hope... [IMG]

I am sure Hakeem will come out and play well because he is challenged.

That is my entire point, he no longer plays with Passion. I think his skills are still there, but he just does not hustle.

I wish he felt a sense of urgency every game.

Don't Get Me Wrong I love Hakeem. But you're right, look how he played against the Spurs, he only has that passion sometimes, now only if he had it against the Clip's too

I didn't think we'd hear from that BLAZER fan DreamStillKills again. Shouldn't you be shining Pippen's shoes right now? I guess they don't want him on the Blazer board talking about how great Hakeem still is even though he admits he is one of their fans. Are you gonna boo all the other Rockets when they touch the ball tonight and save all your cheers for Dream? I'll be really sad when Dream retires but at least I won't have to read your junk anymore.

Hey Mulder , is that what DSK's problem really is? I thought he was just a nut.

Yes he is a nut. About two weeks back he said that after Hakeem leaves he wouldn't be a Rockets fan anymore. That didn't fly with me. So I told him if that was true he wasn't a Rockets fan NOW. He agreed by saying:

"That's right I am not a Houston Rocket fan, but I am the biggest Hakeem Olajuwon fan you will ever find. And I will tell you another thing, it was Hakeem who two championships for Houston and if you doubt that then you're just plain stupid. Being a Rockets fan without Hakeem is like being a Clipper fan so in 2001-2002, "GO BLAZERS"."

So we're both right; he's not a Rockets fan and he is a nut.

Mulder has got one serious problem, he doesn't know a great player when he sees one. Let me see if I can rephrase your words: "Hakeem Sucks, Hakeem retire right now, Hakeem you ain't never done nothing for Houston, Hakeem I love you but you really suck and I just wish you would leave right now cause I don't appreciate what you done for Houston" I think it went something like that and fans like you don't "fly" well with me. And don't worry you won't see me here no more after Hakeem retires but at least I won't see you saying things about Hakeem you just can't back up. Oh and don't say **** you don't mean, "I'll be really sad when Dream retires," because we all know you don't mean a word of that.

OK you want to debate, let me take out half my brain and we'll start even.

    Actually what I said was:

"If Dream was a horse we would have ridden him to back to back NBA titles... "huh?... right!"
Translation (since your so dense): Hakeem was the backbone and driving force behind the Rockets two titles.

    and...

"Don't get me wrong, I respect Hakeem and it saddens me to see him in a tough time physically, but if we traded him I would still be a Rockets fan, unlike you."

The people that read my posts on a regular basis will tell you that I don't lie or twist words to make my points, unlike you.

The truth is I am a Rockets fan and I respect Hakeem Olajuwon not only for the talent he possesses but mostly because I have met him and he was a nice guy. (Unlike Warren Moon, Scottie Pippen, etc.) I am grateful to him and the other Rockets because they made it possible for me to make a good living working in an establishment that benefitted from their success as a team. It is also true that you are not a Rockets fan by your own admission and won't give two sh*ts about this franchise after Hakeem leaves. So please save your preaching about how "I don't appreciate what Hakkem has done for Houston" for somebody else because your barking up the wrong tree.

If you met Hakeem I feel sorry for him, especially after he saw me.

Hey, why do you all have to be so damn harsh. This is all just for fun, but maybe some of you don't realize that. Why would I have gotten beat up for saying Hakeem is the best player ever? That doesn't make any sense to me. People on the "oustide world" aren't crazy like all you in here, but you all wouldn't know that since you spend all your time trying to think up some good jokes to crack. I only come in to back up Hakeem, I don't come in to talk **** but people like Mulder just don't want to hear about hakeem , since they all think he is washed up. They start the **** not me. I don't really care what you say about me cause that doesn't hurt but when you say things about Hakeem that does hurt. All I ever see are post about how bad Hakeem is and how much we regret not trding him and he should retire. When I first saw this site I thought it was clutchcity but when I realized what was going on I saw that it was truly we-all-hate-Hakeem city.
