No6 because it's half way to 1 (TMac) and 11 (Yao).

Sigh, you guys need to pay attention to what tinman says...

This is a poll, and tinman has given five numbers for you guys to pick. He did not ask what number out side of the options you feel like Ron Ron should wear.

23,91,93 are not the issues here. They are available. We may have a bit trouble with 15 because that is the number of our unsigned draft pick Joey Dorsey. A bigger trouble is 11 because Yao has that number on his jersey. And Ron Ron deserves that number, according to tinman in his many posts.

Tinman stated at the start of the thread that "only a warier will dare poll". You guys just failed on him. What a disappointment!

Kobe and MJ did not change their numbers because a new comer "deserve more" the numbers they had had.

So, I was right that your poll was not intended for a fan's talk about the numbers. Rather, it was a call for support to take the number 11 from Yao and give it to Ron.

    Yes or No?

you can choose whatever number you want. the odds of #11 going to Ron is low.

do you hate Vernon Maxwell? I sense your anger. you don't see the connection between Warier and Mad Max?

did you even click on any of those videos?

you are NEVER RIGHT about me. I love keeping you guessing. you have no clue about the china trip either, only the best chinese fan freemaniam knows.

You did not answer my question, a simple "yes or no" question. If you can not stand up for what you meant, you are no ghetto,no warier. you dissapointed me.

No, I don't hate Vernon Maxwell. I do not know where that comes from. and it should be the way to avoid answering question by talking something does not exist.

I am not angery. And I am not interested in guessing you either. I am only concerned about your recently posts which may provoke hostility and damage the board. I do not think it is out of line for me as a member.

Oh, did I say you have not answered my question? No need to try to keep me guessing because I won't.

You do not have to answer the question, although I would love to see tinman can talk like a man and show his true color.

when i went to china, i expected to see clutchfans like you. but freemaniam blew me away and showed me he was a Rockets fan and a true NBA fan, he even knew that Kenny Smith was a good shooter!

if you aren't angry, why are you thinking i'm trying to provoke 'hostility'?

ask freemaniam. he's the only chinese poster i trust cause he understands the love of the rockets and the love of the nba. not just the 'yao' part.

and pryuen too. he's good. not all chinese posters are like you.

so you want to know why I posted this?
cause I felt like it. i'm the tinman.

I say what I see. I am concerned does not necessarily mean I am angery.

Of course not all chinese posters are like me. Did I ever say all chinese posters are like me? What this has to do with my question anyway?

I feel you start to lose cool and I start to worry about you(well, kind of). It is really no fun when you try to have fun and end up no fun, whether it is internet or not.

Of course I know you felt like to start this thread. My question was what made you feel like to start this thread.

Well, I guess that is a bit too much for you to answer.

i didn't start this thread to cause 'hostility' like YOU mentioned.
isn't it logical to guess what number a new player will be? is that not a viable reason?

also your concern about #11. some people who have watch other #11s who played for the Rockets may relate that number to Ron Artest. you know if you grew up watching that other #11 you would understand and many Rocket fans do know what I'm talking about.

and if they choose it, its fine, it's their opinion. its not a question of right or wrong... like if Michael Jordan made the finals before Dream..or who's nicknamed the Dream

So, you are saying Ron should have #11 because Yao don't play like other #11 while Ron does? If so, don't you feel it rediculous and irritating?

Can you honestly say you did not have an agenda starting this poll? If this poll was seeking ddifferent opinions, why did you claim "only warier dare to poll"?

hahaha, i notice you don't mention #23 that's retired that even more impossible than #11.

i'm a warier, so i polled this, hey you didn't create it. don't be jealous.

that's someone's opinion if they felt ron ron should get that #11. you don't have to pick #11 if you don't feel like it.

curious, do you know anything about Vernon Maxwell? I imagine the people who chose #11 do. I don't work for the Rockets, so the leader of this poll means nothing but just a reflection of opinion.

oh and another thing, you HAVE NO IDEA which number I picked. I'll let you speculate. I gave it away on the 2nd post.

I admit I do not know as much as you do about the Rockets, especially about the players played for the Rockets before 2002. To answer your question, I do not know much about Vernon Maxwell but I won't say I do not knowanythingabout him, although I got the very limited information about him long after he retired.

I do not know which number you picked. So far, I have only seen your post advocating for Ron taking #11. I do not know you. I don't know if what your wrote reflected your opinion and I do not know if you voted based on your opinion.

It won't be fair for me to speculate what number you picked before you answering my "yes or no" question because the later was asked first and is easier to answer.

i gave you a clue on what I picked on the first page. its a music video. if you click on anything i post you wouldn't be so confused about it.

I didn't advocate #11. I'm merely celebrating his accomplishments. if you had even watched 1 of the videos I posted you'd be more enriched as a Rockets fan.

also I tried to give you a reason why people would pick #11 with the videos cause I know you didn't watch the Rockets til 2002 or later.

    so .

    1. Read the first post about Artest and why he chose his numbers. then click the video on the first page that posted. that gives you the answer.

    2. Click on any of the Vernon Maxwell videos. Rocket fans like watching Rocket's highlights right? I assume you are a Rockets fan.

I guess those are older rappers but not as old school as the rappers you mentioned at first, those dudes are old as f**k. They all gotta be pushin' 50, I remember from that Soulja Boy "beef" (well i don't know if you can call it that) that Ice T is 50.

Also that "old wave" was :cough: better :cough: and Quik still puts out good music his last album was better than alot of the stuff coming from the west coast, Hammer was good then but since...not so much. Don't know why you would say Quik was from Oakland, though.
