You're the only idiot on this board.

Yao Ming has been in this league for 6 or 7 years. He knows the rules. He just wanted to send a clear message to Ron Ron. And as far as I see, Ron Ron did get that message right: This is Yao's team and Ron Ron is ready to play the sixth man.

This is the art of communication.

Remember, Yao seldom says anything inappropriate. He knows what to say and how to say it.

From that 5 minute PTI segment, it seemed like Ron Ron was a Rockets fan before he became a Rocket. I'm ecstatic!

Artest is out missing piece so it's foolish for yao to make jokes on artest.however ,i don't think yao was joking ,unlike other guys though.

As we all know, though yao has been in the league for several years yet his English level is not as high as we think it should be.The chinese education systerm cultivates nothing more than fools ,so it's not yao's fault to be less literal in English .Because of yao's poor language ability,Yao may use the wrong words in the wrong places at wrong times. Then ,the meanings expressed by his words may not exactly reflect yao's real thought.

Believe or not ,chinese education systerm's only aim is just getting students prepared for endless damned exams. While ,our systerm aims at improving youngsters' abilities. As a result, our students play basketball while the Chinese ones being involved in books and boring fomulars.so it's no wonder that there has been no Newton or Einstein discovered in that ancient country.Even there exist some, they would be gonna be swallowed by the fools.Yao is a clever boy whose dream used to be becoming a scientist, but later yao found that it's impossible for a geniues to become famous through the damned exams in that country. So yao chose basketball as his career because he has a definitly adcantage which can hardly be ignored, his huge size.
The chinese education systerm can be properly defined as talent-killer.It's just the damned systerm inherited from the former Uccc that makes the country full of genieus like yao become such a country as it is right now.

Fortunately ,in the states, even the guys as naughty as Ron have the oppertunity to realize their their dreams, which is unthinkable in China.

So,Ron,please forgive yao of his words which don't show his real thoughts. In my opinion, no guy is happier than yao to aquire artest ,who will be gonna make Yao's games enjoyable rather than acrid.

LOL I don't know man... All I know is that the top USA-Ph.D feeder school (supplies the highest number of PhD students for USA) is not in USA itself. It's in China. The 2nd top USA-Ph.D feeder school is also in China. In other words, no single university in the whole of USA and the world supplies more PhD students to USA universities than any of those 2 universities in China. Odd isn't it? Too bad the Ph.D programmes in China are not as great as those in USA. Hey you might have a point there...

Hah! How many students from Beida and Qinghua end up in top US Ph.D programs?

What does it actually telling us when top Chinese students flee top national programs for the likes of East Mississippi State U.?

I hope these comments were taken out of context by Yao. Yao can't seriously believe that Artest would disrupt a team that has utterly failed to get out of the first round the last few years. Seriously Yao, what the hell are you thinking?

    STFU Yao and play ball.
Let the team chemistry stuff play out before you open your big mouth.
If a problem arises let the team leaders handle it.
You're not the leader of this team!

Agree, Yao needs to shut the hell up and be a leader on the court and in the lockerroom. It seems like Yao is more interested in the chinese team than the rockets anyways. If he is a true leader, he doesn't let anybody ruin the team chemistry, not even Artest. As the famous quote goes "Nice guys finish last", the rockets haven't won since they had Mad Max on the team!!!

Wow, you sound very bitter. I hope you don't beat up your wife to release your anger. Face it, from how things are unfolding lately and what Artest said in this drama, Yao talked as a leader and Artest responded to him as he is a leader. There are two leaders in this team. Yao is one and the other's last name starts with a letter M. Accept the reality. Beating up yourself mentally because of it will only hurt your own health. :)

LOL, Einstein (no pun intended), have you learned a new language before? How good do you expect someone's level should be after 6 years? Why don't you go to learn a new language like Portuguese and see how good you are after 6 years?
