    Take it for what it's worth, but John Salley just picked the rockets to win the whole thing on best damn sports show. Gary Payton picked the rockets to reach the conference finals. And finally, although C Webb did not offer a prediction, he did say that Rick Adelman is the perfect coach to win the championship with this new rockets squad.

    vegas odds from 610 radio today says rockets were 15 to 1 odds before the trade now they are 10 to 1 odds, thats a considerable jump for adding one player. I still fear # 21 of the celtics and maybe the suns for some reason oh yeah #32. viva las vegas

    That's a good thing but not too much I don't want us being Boston v2.0, I couldn't stand it with all the "fans" who say they are die hard "fans" when all they know about is the star players.

    There is nobody on the Celtics with the number 21, so I am going to guess Garnett.

    I don't fear himself, he doesn't assert himself in the paint.

    That's unavoidable. Especially in Houston which has more than its share of bandwagoners.

    Hell, look at the 22 game winning streak last season. I had people who I knew never watched a Rockets game(at least not during the regular season) suddenly bringing them up in conversation.

    I like the trade (especially for the price) and I think the odds are very fair. I thought the Rockets, assuming a healthy T-Mac/Yao come playoff time, were a decent pick to get out of the first round this year. Adding Artest makes this almost a given, even if one goes down.

    If the Rockets can beef up the PG position overall (starter/bench), I'd be even more excited, although I think Rafer can do quite well, given the pieces around him, including the addition of Barry.
