When I say sleeper, I mean sleeper in a fantasy baseball conotation. In other words, who is going to break out this year and produce unexpected numbers in fantasy baseball?
Well on your list I like Beckett, Burroughs, and Carlos Hernandez and I'll add in Nick Johnson, Juan Cruz, and Austin Kearns. There are always some rookies who pop up that nobody expected so I'll add Hank Blalock if he can get a call up from the Rangers. He might be the best prospect in the minors right now.
I'd put money on one of Oakland's super left infielders(Chavez or Tejada) making The Leap this year from good to spectacular. The Brew-Crew have a couple pitchers who could break out this year(Rusch, Sheets, Neugeevrjrkanbart;hnbauer). Ditto for the Padres. Aramis Ramirez! Pedro Astacio will have a nice season if he stays unhurt, tis a big if though. If Alex Escobar or Milton Bradley put things together, they could be a surprise this year. Matt Anderson! Does Hank Blalock have the Rangers 3B job yet? He should soon. In the meantime, Mike Lamb will put up good numbers. Ben Grieve has talent, he can't suck forever, even if he is banished to Tampa.
Nick Neugebauer Juan Cruz Ryan Anderson All young pitchers who may have breakout years. In my Yahoo draft, I have gone offense first, and then picked up young pitchers late. I will kill my league if my pitchers pan out.
Jerry Hernandez, Clise Brownfield, Roy Hobbs, Allan Joy. All these guys should put up some fantastic numbers next season for the Red Sox.

Blalock has had the Rangers starting 3B job since the beginning of the season on account of his great spring. Unfortunately for him and the Rangers, he hasn't been to spectacular. His numbers: Avg: .200 OBP: .292 SLG: .310 I am confident he will become a good player, but I think the Rangers are more than a little disappointed with his start.
I think he was demoted to AAA just recently. Looks like they might have rushed him a little, he's only 21 I think.
Eric Hinske and Vincente Padilla have been on fire for me in my fantasy league. Other guys include Odalis Perez, D'Angelo Jimenez, Ben Molina, the aforementioned Hank Blalock, Kazuhisa Ishii, Ben Sheets, Adam Dunn, Nick Johnson, Junior Spivey, Shea Hillenbrand, Derek Lowe, Eric Chavez, Eddie Guardado... BTW, Toby Hall sucks ass this year. I just dropped him in my league and picked up Molina instead.
