1. First of all, pick the number of times a week that you would like to go out to eat. (More than once but less than 10) 2. Multiply this number by 2 (just to be bold). 3. Add 5. 4. Multiply it by 50. 5. If you have already had your birthday this year add 1758 ... If you haven't, add 1757. 6. Now subtract the four-digit year that you were born. You should have a three digit number. What do these three digits represent?
1. 3 2. 6 3. 11 4. 550 5. 2308 6. 321 Unless everybody gets the answer 321, ill add in a step 7: 7. fail.
oh that makes sense then. whats the point though? guess it is 'fun with math' i should really go to bed. but im pullin an all nighter so
Is there a short-cut to figure out what the answer is going to be? I've seen things like this before and they just kind of astound me. I guess you just work a problem backwards and write a storyline...
This is to be used in dating, ask the girl this and ... First number will tell you whether your girl is high maintenance. The following will tell you if you're getting in before the hair does
pretty cool, but this doesn't work if you happen to be over 100 yrs old. btw: stage 5 is just getting you to a number that has the last two digits as today's year, so obviously, subtracting your birth year from today's year...voila. If you were to add 4 instead of 5 in #3, the two numbers to add would be either 1708 or 1707, but that kinda gives away the trick, so they force an odd number to appear after #3 to obfuscate the relation to '08 and '07 in stage 4. Next year, you will add 1759 or 1758.
