    HS- 115
    Now - 138

People say I look better now compared to skinny self back in the days. I would like to be somewhere at 130.

I just need to be consistent with exercises.

About 20-40 pounds -- I blame the steroids and HGH.

The heaviest I got in high school was about 245. I probably weighed 230-235 my senior year. I ballooned to about 275 when I was 19. I turn 30 next Monday and right now my weight fluctuates between 228 and 234.

I was 170 (give or take several pounds depending on time of year) and I'm still 170 (give or take several pounds depending on time of year).

I'd say much more of it is muscle now though.

Less than 10 pounds in about 15 years. It was weird though because I was always the same weight within 3 pounds or so, and then in the span of 2 months around 30 years old, went up 15 pounds, and then dropped 5 in the next month. Now, steady-Eddy at the new weight.

    2002- 165
    2008- 180

It got as bad as 200 when I was downing a bottle of Agassi (Andre champagne) a night. Excessive drinking and learning how to cook quality food will do that to you. Also having a gf who just wants to watch DVD sets all the time is both a blessing and a couch curse.

So it kind of pisses me off that she can eat like a gremlin, never exercises and actually complains about being underweight. The wench. Hope she likes fat guys in a few years.

It's almost entirely muscle. But I'm the only 25 year old I know whose sideburns are still coming in...

I was 155 in HS but I ran cross country. I got into weightlifting during undergrad and peaked at 195 or so around age of 23-24

    I am 180 or so now :(
