Anyone know what the Miguel Tejada song is, the one they play when he gets a hit or something? It's hilarious!

even though the bullpen had been crap all year this teams lack of success has been a team effort.

Does this team even have a single strength?

    Pitching. Nope
    Hitting. Nope
    Fielding. Nope

    Tejada's defense is puke-worthy.

Nevermind, I guess Cooper changed his mind after we grabbed the lead.

C'mon Sampson. Keep up the good work.

I think it may be time to make our 7th, 8th and 9th inning guys Sampson, Geary, Valverde instead of Geary, Brocail, Valverde.

I agree completely. It amazes me how this team can be so bad but yet manaage to take 2/3 from some good teams- Cubs, Rays, and if we hold on, Milwaukee.

Don't forget they beat Boston 2 out of 3.

Incidentally, Ausmus is now 15-42 with runners in scoring position.

Bad teams do this all the time, though. When the Astros were good, we regularly lost series to the Pirates, Marlins, and everyone else. It's just the nature of baseball.

Exactly. None of you should be surprised when any team beats another team in baseball. The difference between winning and losing is tiny...the difference between fair to good...and good to great...is miniscule. It's why they play 162 games.
