What a disaster. No defense at all. Nice job by Scola, though.

    56-26 at the half... :D
    We suck!!!
Our point guards are a joke, our coach is a joke.
We can´t defend or rebound to save our lives.

:) Let me laugh... Gasol played as backup.

Not much better than Scola? Tell L.A. Lakers. When Luis is capable of being an inside reference of a finalist team, we'll keep talking. And despite I'm spanish, I'm not a Pau Gasol fan (yes Marc-fan), believe me, but right now his level is closer to Yao's level than Scola's level. I'll say too that I prefer Yao.

What a idiotic performance by Argentina, Prigioni was pissed off by minute 5 and he played bad all game, we entered the game thinking more on Spain than in Lituania and it took argentina 2 quarters to be mentally focused.

I hope this happens now and not then.

By the way to the poster from Spain, i don´t think Pau defense even compares to Yao, offensively i don´t think he is much better than Scola, he plays in a more organized team and get a lot more shots, but in similar situations i don´t think he is a much better offensive player. He is indeed a better rebounder due to his size, and a better defender because Scola is a bad defender from my point of view, that´s why Wolkowisky has always been the starter in our NT.

    First two things I saw:

Raul Lopez rubbing his inner thigh.

Luis Scola knocking Navarro out cold with a screen.

Marc Gasol looking like a less girly version of his brother. Must have stolen Pau's food growing up.

Argentina really needs to focus on executing their free-throws better. Unless they like to lose in 1 point games.

    Spain is really stacked.

    Jose Calderon
    Rudy Fernandez
    Ricky Rubio
    Pau Gasol
    Marc Gasol
    Juan Carlos Navarro
Jorge Garbajosa(haven't seen him, is he playing?)

I hope the group asks prigioni to either focus on games or leave the spot for another PG, i don´t mind seeing Gianella, Montechia or Pepe Sanchez (good lord please make it happen) back at the PG spot, but this guy is making Artest look like a great team player.

his size is the difference...if luis had an extra 3 inches than we could say those two are equal...but gasol's long arms and long body makes him a better player :(
