Hakeem's return to Compaq got me thinking about the ovations and love he will receive from the fans.

Next Tuesday Rashard and the Sonics will be in Compaq. If you have any desire to get Rashard to sign here I suggest you arrive early, brings signs and MAKE SOME NOISE. It DOES make a difference.

Just ask Madison's Vincent Young. He said the decision to sign with the Longhorns came after he went to a UT basketball game on his recruiting visit and received a lot of love from the Longhorn crowd.

Let Rashard hear you next week!

yea ,and instead of getting a center (we need one bad) in draft,we trade our bench(mo) and our pick for a guy thats wants more money than hes worth ala mo,then he cant play defense, his man goes off everynight,he cant run a fast break,he has NO handles,he is light years away from odom.....damn it...you fans just dont know how to build a team

apparently Rashard Lewis is not on the juice.

Get Darius Rice's rules to building a good team-

    1) Buy some roids.
    2) Give them to all your players.
    3) Repeat 1-2 forever.

    great question..

the true way to tell is to be on them or used them in passed to see for the clues.

like if eddie turned into a rock hard 20 pound gain speciman, then its obvious..

others are hard to see.but a neck larger than head is usually one..being slow one year, and the next real fast is either cocaine or juice..

seemingly endless amount of energy, olympians use "blood enhancers like equipoise epo" you dont get large and bulky like arnald, but you get tons of oxygen that make you run marathons on court that make you look like a freak,,iverson, jordad, perfect examples

shaq arms are almost 4 times the size as a 19 old...he doesnt lift heavy weights all day like wwf stars,so its obvious, plus when a player admits he uses painkillers, usually the morphine and /or mix can result in no soreness and basically plow through your opponents and not feel a thing..

thier are others, like viens bulging out (even while relaxed and non-pumped)

ummm.. in todays nba,for sure id bet.

    shaq,jordan(blood enhancers,epo),webber,karl malone.

    maybe..rasheed,kemp early 90's,

    equipose..iverson perfect example ,maybe payton,kobe,ruben paterson,antwon jamison,

thier are others, but its obvious lenny dykstra and wild thing, and kruk(later cause cancer) were almost overnight 20 pounds heavier andcould barely turn thier heads on thier massive necks,(kruk now is tiny as he once was)

Maybe Rudy should call Mack Brown, aka "Mr. February" to help recruit him. Hell with the kind of talent he rounded up in-state, he could easily convince Rashard to come home.

If Lewis came, where would Griffin play?

    Daruis Rice,

Why do you say that Lewis is a bad defender? Most of the Sonics games I watch they give Lewis the tough matchup between the opposing teams 2 or 3. Why would they do that if he is bad defender? I also can't see how he's not a good rebounder since he averages nearly 7 a game. I'm just wondering, have you ever actually seen him play? I can understand if you and Darius Rice are lovers then you might give him more props, but don't be too blatant.

Besides, Rice is projected to go around 15, in the 2003 draft!!!

-Lewis 17/7....average defender, great leaps, can shoot the three at 40%.....does run stiff, but can be a very nice three to "compliment" our back court.

-The emphasis on "compliment". We do not need a superstar or ball hog (god knows we have enough) in here to end up like Portland. Certain players need to play roles on this team. With Griffin, Francis and Cat handling the offensive end. Lewis's non-threatening approach will fit this team and he has less drug violations :). perfect fit for the 3 on this team

Draft - Darius has a point about the center spot, but looking at our chances...We need to take what is there in FA and the draft and Chris Marcus is not going to solve your center problem....
Centers are hard to come by now adays. I would love to get Yao. If Gooden slips to 5 or thereabouts, he would be a more dominating Camby type center...that would be interesting on this team......

Rashard feels the love from the fans.

Maybe someone should send a note to the Rockets.
