I saw a commercial on channel 2 last night night about a story on the behind the scenes of Barkley going through rehab. I think it said it'll be on Monday 6pm...maybe it was Sports Sunday.

I keep hearing he wants to play that last game...I guess I'm all for it. What else will the Rockets have to look forward to for the last game of the season?

Barkley in rehab? Well it's about time...... He gets in trouble every time he has a drink...............
I don't know if I want to see him withdraw right there on T.V., however.

I saw it this morning as I was getting ready for work. They interviewed Charles while rehabbing on a stationary bike and also showed him lifting weights with his left (injured knee) leg. The two things he said that stuck in my mind were...

    1. He gave major props to Rudy T. He didn't know why Rudy wasn't mentioned in the same breath as other great coaches, and then answered his own question by stating that Rudy didn't blow his own horn like other coaches. He said he enjoyed working with Rudy over the past few years. He also said he has very much enjoyed the time he has spent in Houston.

    2. He is trying like crazy to rehab in time for the final game vs. Vancouver. He said he didn't want his last memory of playing in an NBA game to be blowing out his knee and being helped off the court.
