There are a few. Not too many, but there are a few. I'd say "AgentZero" is approximately on the same level.

DD, don't encorage him. He takes one line of info then builds 2-4 paragraphs of conjecture read BS around it then tries to argue as if it's fact without ever conceding.

I heard Efes Pilsen was going to sign Ron Artest but they didn't want to alienate Bootsy Thornton.

    Congrats to the ex Rocket.

Why can't they take Marbury too? He'll flourish in a really crappy Euro team. Give him his own European talk show and he'll play there for free.

He might go, and it might make sense for him to go......an aging star could do well over there, and no possy for him...maybe he would grow up.

Wait-- are you saying he already got offers?? God I hope they take him. seeing his huge Alien head annoys me to no end.

How come we don't hear much about NBA players talking to European leagues until the deal is practically done?

I do not know if he has any offers, I doubt it because he has not been bought out by NY yet.

I think that the Agents for the USA players are just now seeing money as big enough to use it as leverage or an option.

This is a new development based upon 2 things.

    1. Euro Ball is growing in popularity
    2. The dollar SUCKS compared to the Euro

Is that you Nachbar? What does Yao think of your choice? lol, you act like I hate Boki. All I said was that he wouldn't get that money over here and you went on a whole rant to explain his decision and situation. But yeah, I'm extremely upset that a game changer like Boki is leaving the NBA.

The gap may be closing but its still wide open. They're paying role players in the NBA big money to come over there and be superstars. Role players in the NBA, Superstars in Europe. Now, theres an Italian team offering Ricky Davis $7 million. Apparently, those Italians don't care much for character.

I'm not a Nachbar fan, maybe no one gave him a contract but I will give him credit for fighting it out over the years to become a productive player within the NJ Nets system. They are many players who are more talented than that and aren't taking advantage of their skills.

King Cheetah, we have some photoshop potential there, no?

As for the topic, as I mentioned in the Childress thread, I think if you consider the impact on your body versus impact on your wallet, these decisions make a lot of sense.

How many games will Snackbarski have to play there? $/game? And will he have to play much D? Maybe, maybe no.

18 million EUROS? That is like $27 million dollars for 3 years.....a HUGE deal.....and if it is tax free...even bigger.
