I lived in both Sunridge and Ponderosa Pines and both were great, especially the 2 story Ponderosa Pines condo.... Landlord is nuts though...

There are some pretty sweet lofts on Main Street a few doors down from the Bank...

    You're instincts are correct

    Mostly Mavs and Cowboy games

You may have to get league pass for Rox games, but its worth it. The Rox are my fav sports team, and I live in Houston, but league pass is still where its at. You can check the live scoreboard a couple of times a night and just catch the end of close games.

The number of game winners I've caught in the past two years has been unreal

David Lee's tip in against the Bobcats with 0.1 sec's on the clock was impossible

    End rant

When I went there we got two CBS (AFC) affiliates and would get the Oilers and the Chiefs games. Then of course we got the Cowboys.

Live in U Hill and live it up till you transfer cause YOU WILL!!! I went to SFA for two years to play golf and gtf out of there after golf was done for me. It's fun for a while but if you are coming from a big city, ie; Houston, like I did it will become miserable. Look into joining a fraternity cause there is not much else to do there. GL.

Sry, I was under the assumption you were going there to start school as a fresh. I just read your profile though and you are my age. Why are you moving to Nac???

To finish school, I took some time off and worked. (EMS)

I'm going back now to finish up and get my BBA. (got just over a year left)

I ended up choosing Sunridge, and am going to stay there for a year, then hopefully to a duplex or house for my final year.

I graduated from SFA last august and I had NO problems keeping up with the Rockets or Texans. I had Fox Southwest on basic cable so I saw every game except for the ones on UPN 20. The Texans played on CBS so I saw every game there too.
