My family has an allegiance to Dos Equis, so that's all I'll drink if I get a choice in the matter.

I used to be picky, but not so much anymore.

I've been partial to Miller Lite lately because of the $2 pints at Aussies.

If price wasn't an option, I'd drink the following:

Newcastle
Sapporo
Beck's Dark
Corky's (named after the famous Memphis BBQ place...something like $6 a bottle...retail)
Negro Modelo

I also drink, and like, any of the following:

Killian's Red
Honey Brown
Shiner Bock
Dox Equis

I've also been drinking a lot of cider:

Hornsby's
K (6.7% alcohol per bottle...RM95's Girl really likes that one)

The Celis Brewery is gone. Miller bought em & quit making Celis. Quite sad, Celis White was a great white ale.

Some of my fav's:

Hoegarten (best white ale on the planet)
Boddington's (been mentioned several times, didn't know it was so popular!)
Young's Double Chocolate Stout
Sammy Smith's Pale Ale
Dixie Blackened Voodoo
Sierra Nevada Pale Ale
Anchor Steam Liberty Ale
Pilsner Urquell
St. Arnold's Fancy Lawnmower
Fuller's ESB

The all-time best beer I've ever had is a Belgian ale called Leffe; The Gingerman had Leffe Blond on tap, it's absolutely worth the $4 for a pint.

Avantina is pretty good. It's similar to Guiness.

I like Killian's, but for some reason my nose gets really congested the day after I drink it.

Corona isn't bad either.

Not too fond of Shiner Bock though.

Michelobe is pretty good.

I pretty much drink whatever. Tuesday is my birthday so I'll try some new ones that ya'll have mentioned. SLAM CITY BABY!!! :D ;)

Im pretty partial to Shiner Bock. No not because it is brewed with an attitude, but more because its a dark beer with good flavor, but easy on the stomach. Not to mention the fact that is brewed right here in Shiner, Texas. (I think everyone should visit their brewery as it is quite a treat).

Mexican Beers:

1. Negro Modelo
2. Dos Equis Amber
3. Pacifico (cant believe no one has mentioned this one)
4. Tecate

Euro Beers:

1. Newcastle
2. Amstel Light
3. Harps (cant believe no one has mentioned this one either)
4. Heineken

American Beers:

1. Shiner Bock
2. Samuel Adams (and whatever their seasonal beer is)
3. Rolling Rock
4. Pete's Wicked Ale
6. Fat Tire Ale (again I cant believe no one has mentioned this one)

Unless I am broke or am having a party, I will spring for one of the lights: Coors, Miller, Bud. Or Like RM95 said when Aussie's has thier $2 pints.

Not a big beer drinker, but I like Shiner Bock and Fat Tire. I also like Coronas when I'm eating Mexican Food. Whenever I'm outside of Texas, I usually ask for whatever dark beer that's on tap.

I'm not a beer drinker, either. As a matter of fact, I can't remember the last time that I had one. I used to drink Bud Light on occasions, but I never got into it because I didn't like the taste.

Also, my dad's dad died from alcoholism and I don't want to get started on it because

1) for health reasons
2) alcoholism is hereditary and if I got hooked, I may not be able to stop
3) I think my dad would be pretty much devastated to have to go through having an alcoholic son AND an alcoholic father

It's funny because I go to an Episcopal church, and there are lots of members at my church that drink all the time. That's fine if they want to do that because it's their lives. However, when you let alcohol control your life and causes you to make poor decisions like get behind the wheel of an automobile, then that is when I have a problem with it.

However, one of my best friends has a problem whenever anyone takes a drink...so I'm not that extreme.

Fat Tire is the one beer that I had that I couldn't stand . . .

It may have been that it was this other guy's favorite beer, and I didn't like him, so when I stole one of his beers, I was destined not to like it.

Funny. Americans discussing beer. As if they knew anything about it ;) :D.

Australians and Germans...well, that would be another matter...

By the way, has anybody ever tried Tsing Tao beer?

Hah! I knew someone would fall for it...Tsing Tao was introduced by German missionaries to China (among other things :D) and is brewed according to a German recipe :p.

Three freakin' days and I will be enjoying my favorite beers:

Zigenbock
Bud Light
Bud Ice
Shiner Bock

My days of underage drinking are almost over!
