Actually T Mac1 it is a business and DREAM would have been hurting our teams chances at the end and that is why he had to go.....and I hated it but its about the ROCKETS and not about any one player........

Everyday I work with Special ED kids....THATS MY JOB....and I'm out for the summer getting paid. Whats your job?

WHEN YOU CARE about things like WINNING.....or PEOPLE....you have to more than likely make sacrifices like MONEY in this world....its the price you pay when you care about people and things. I know this firsthand.

As kids I work struggle with the things we take for granted are we not the ones living a fantasy....... SPORTS IS A FANTASY WORLD....

TMAC has accomplished so much that you bear his name on a Rockets site is a fantasy.....getting out of the second round is TMACS fantasy.....my fantasy is that people that idolize players wake up and call them out when they deserve it......

the guy should keep his mouth shut and not play into sensationalist punks hands as to potentially hurt the relationship with the ones that have been building around him for years now. Is that too much to ask for?

I say ship him out if he can't be professional and be loyal to his employer and his fans can go with him.

If he was getting the job more than done the rockets would be unloyal for getting rid of him but he is not and its not TMac that should be airing his concerns .....ITS the Rockets.

THIS IS A GREAT DEBATE don't make it personal dude....I have not said one thing about you as a person, I have merely questioned your idols actions and the affect it has had past, present and future.

I value your opinion I am just wondering if its about Tmac or the Rockets with you?

Just to be fair....go back to your previous posts and read carefully.....there is no possible way you know about journalism classes and if you did then you would know neither one of us learned enough from them.

SON and KID are derogatory terms to some please be careful.

I would guess that such humanitarians rarely have words like "killer" in their user IDs.

I am for trading tmac...as for the value for him? thats a whole nother issue..theres no question i wouldnt trade for just some scraps and a bag of chips..though i am open for trading him for equal or lesser value as long as the improves in other areas

yao maybe following same path but hes quite not there yet. 1) hes still improving as player as we speak 2) hes a one of a kind dominant NBA franchise player right now..there is no other like him 3)hes consistent&reliable when healthy

you cannot say those 3 things about tmac right now

I don't really care if T-Mac said that. It still wouldn't change anything. The Rockets won't trade him unless the trade makes the team better, and a trade with Detroit doesn't. Kobe threw his entire organization and half his teammates under the bus last summer, and he wasn't moved. T-Mac won't be either unless it improves the team. Again, I'm sure Morey likes the thought of tons of cap space in 2010, especially since he already has one franchise player (Yao) and most other teams with money don't.

hey whats the rockets record when just t-mac is playing ???? record when only yao is playing ??? record with yao and t-mac together ?

why are some of you so dense ? we need to add a third guy not trade one of our two away for lesser players...

I'm not to sure it does.. What I do know is that if the Rockets stand pat and only acquire Brent as player to fill holes then we must be ready for 2010 when we have a legit shot at some high profile talents who will be on the right side of 30.

I won't be to upset if the Rockets keep Tracy because he will be off the books in 2010 :)

if you really want to talk record, i'll give you one to answer (which is the most impt record of all) and hopefully u wont be "dense" about it..

what is the rockets playoff series record w/tmac?

what lesser players can we trade t-mac for that would have won us any of those series ? people around here act like our team is good enough for greater things than we have accomplished up until now. people need to wake up. outside of yao and t-mac our rosters have not been very talented, compared to teams that have had more success than we have. smarten up man....

i swear t-mac is the most unfairly hated on star i have ever seen.

typical clutchfans...blowing something so stupid up. All he said was he wanted to win, an EXTREMELY vague statement, a statement also coming from Stephen A.

Anyone that blows it out of proportion is a serious idiot...

Its not going to happen b.c the amount we gain at the PG couldn't possibly compensate for how much we lose at the 2

Yes i concur, once/if t-mac leaves we know we can't get a lebron, cp3, or kobe those same losers start crying as well.

Most of the guys on here have serious mood swings, they change their position/stance all the time.

dude. rockets didnt get out of the 1st round is NOT only tmac's fault, mainly it was a lack of the scorings besides Tmac and Yao... we have to admit Tmac would play well when he wanted to during the regular season.... but in the playoffs.... he was the tmac we were hoping to see ..

Back in when we played against dallas, he guarded Dirk when he was on fire offensively.. and last couple of years.. he guarded Boozer.. but sometimes in the playoffs, he did put up some unnessccary jump shots when he shoulda taken it to the basket.. i think that's gotta do with the lack of offense we had, because if he had 2 or 3 people around him, he would not be able to drive, and only put up jump shots....if you play basketball, you should know better..

However. the Rockets should not trade him whatsoever, and they will not trade him.. remember what Morely said .. they are one player away from the championship.. why don't yall just give him one more season, and hope he and yao would not play too many heavy minutes during regular reason to prevent from getting injuries... how can we do that?? by having a decent good enough bench like Boston last year..... So signing Brent Barry is 1st good move...

    BMoney I don't remember saying that....I'm sorry I took a breath.

Killer Instinct is something AB and the rest of the team are lacking, Brooksball.

Is this a Rockets site or a court and jury?

hah..funny how ur tellin me to smarten up when u cant dare to answer my question...go ahead and keep ur blindglasses on like this guy-->

to answer your question, first off..quit livin in the past..i aint talking about last yr..im talkin next yr and on..its also stupid on your part to ask a what would have happend question..it cant be answered..who knows? maybe we could have gone past the first round replacing tmac with lesser players..what makes u say we can or cannot? so that point is moot

suppose the roster stays as it is now (cant guarantee a future trade), and we lose 1st rd again..then wat? oh no, lets give tmac another chance?..maybe a trade will happen to improve?

im not hating on tmac at all..the boy got game but hes not gettin it done here...time to move on if theres offers on the table
